The ideal candidate will bring a strong architectural background with a proven track record in managing the design of large-scal e villa and multifamily community developmen ts within the UAE, particularly Duba

i.As Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping residential communities, working across concept, design development, and coordination phases, while ensuring alignment with the client’s vision and project goal

s.Key Responsibilitie

• s:Lead and manage the design development of villa and multifamily residential communities from concept to IFC stag
• e.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external design teams to ensure timely delivery of design milestone
• s.Review and approve architectural and engineering designs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project objective
• s.Manage the design interface between master planning, infrastructure, landscape, and architectural design team
• s.Ensure the integration of sustainable design principles, innovation, and high-quality standards across all project phase
• s.Participate in consultant selection, scope definition, and design review
• s.Support the project team in resolving design-related issues during construction phase
• s.Maintain a close eye on budget, timelines, and quality, ensuring alignment with development strategie

s.Candidate Requirement

• s:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architectu re from a recognized institutio
• n.12–15 yea rs of relevant experience, ideally with a mix of top-tie r develope rs an d consulting fir m
• s.Extensive portfolio o f villa and multifamily residential projects in Dub ai is essentia
• l.Strong knowledge o f local authority guidelin es an d development regulatio ns (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.
• ).Exceptional coordination, leadership, and communication skill
• s.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead complex design processe
• s.Proficiency in design and coordination software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is a plu
