Company Overview:

ABCL Safety Consultants is an EIAC-approved ISO 17020 inspection body providing third-party inspection and certification services across the UAE. We specialize in the inspection of lifting equipment, pressure equipment, access equipment, elevators, escalators, and other industrial machinery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all inspection and technical operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 17020, and accreditation requirements.
• Review and approve technical reports, inspection procedures, and technical documentation.
• Lead internal audits, management reviews, and accreditation assessments.
• Develop new inspection scopes and technical services.
• Supervise engineers, inspectors, and technical staff.
• Ensure quality management system implementation and continual improvement.
• Coordinate with accreditation bodies and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct technical training and competency evaluations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in inspection, testing, or certification industries.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 17020.
• Experience managing technical teams.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong technical report review and approval experience.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 17020, ISO 17025, ISO 9001, or equivalent).
• Experience with EIAC, ENAS, ADNOC, or similar accreditation bodies.
