Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable backend systems.
• Drive technical strategy and solution architecture across multiple projects.
• Design and develop high-performance microservices using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Architect and implement event-driven systems using Kafka and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Ensure scalability, fault tolerance, resiliency, and high availability of backend platforms.
• Define API design standards, ensuring robust, secure, and backward-compatible RESTful services.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote best development practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Drive code quality, security, performance optimization, and engineering excellence.
