Full-Stack Web Developer (Only)

About Only Tourism

Only Tourism is a growing tourism and visa services company based in Dubai, helping travelers worldwide with UAE visas and travel-related services. We're looking for a skilled, results-driven Full-Stack Web Developer to lead the development of our websites, web applications, custom payment flows, and automation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom applications in Laravel/PHP , plus our WordPress/WooCommerce sites and landing pages.
• Design and implement custom payment integrations in both WordPress and Laravel ( Stripe and other gateways) — including secure checkout flows, webhooks, and reconciliation.
• Create and integrate REST APIs — both building our own endpoints and connecting third-party services (payment gateways, CRM, Meta APIs, WhatsApp API, AI tools, etc.).
• Develop and maintain AI-driven automation workflows (e.g., n8n ) connecting our websites, forms, and Zoho CRM for lead capture, follow-up, and operational efficiency.
• Configure and extend Zoho CRM and related Zoho tools — workflows, merge fields, email automation, and data pipelines.
• Build and optimize front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and a modern framework ( React or Vue ).
• Manage databases ( MySQL primarily ; MongoDB/PostgreSQL a plus) — schema design, queries, and optimization.
• Implement SEO best practices , page-speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all platforms.
• Work with the marketing team on landing pages, tracking pixels, and conversion funnels.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across all live platforms.
• Collaborate with designers and the content team on UI/UX implementation .

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel — this is the core of the role.
• Solid WordPress/WooCommerce experience, including custom plugin/theme work.
• Proven experience building custom payment integrations and working with payment gateway APIs and webhooks.
• Strong skills in REST API design , creation, and third-party integration.
• Experience with automation tools ( n8n or similar ) and Zoho CRM (or comparable CRM/automation platforms).
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL .
• Knowledge of Git , version control, hosting ( cPanel / Cloudways / AWS ), and deployment.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals , Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English . Arabic is a plus.

Nice to Have (Plus Points)

• Node.js experience.
• Flutter / mobile app development.
• Experience with AI tools and LLM API integrations .
