🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior QA Lead (Banking Domain) 🚨

📍 Location: Dubai

📅 Contract: 6 Months+ Extendable

⏳ Experience: 8–13 Years

⚡ Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior QA/Test Engineer with strong experience in Banking domains (Loans & Cards) to drive end-to-end testing activities and ensure high-quality delivery.

💼 Key Responsibilities .

✅ Analyze requirements and define testing strategy

✅ Design & execute test cases and scenarios

✅ Prepare RTM, test data, and documentation.

✅ Must have experience in Efforts Estimations.

✅ Perform functional, regression & defect retesting

✅ Log, track, and prioritize defects (severity/priority)

✅ Support automation alignment with test cases

✅ Provide daily status updates to stakeholders

✅ Estimate testing efforts and resource needs

🛠️ Required Skills

✔ Strong experience in Loans & Cards domain

✔ Expertise in Manual Testing & Regression Testing

✔ Hands-on with tools like JIRA / ALM

✔ Good understanding of SDLC & STLC

✔ Exposure to Automation Testing is a plus

✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
