Position Overview

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, guests, VIP visitors, business partners, and suppliers entering the luxury automotive showroom. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized customer experience that reflects the prestige, sophistication, and service excellence associated with a premium automotive brand.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, a polished professional appearance, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage front-of-house operations efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and customer service.

The Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a memorable first impression, ensuring seamless customer journeys, supporting showroom operations, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Reception & Hospitality

Welcome all customers, VIP guests, and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.

Create a premium first impression consistent with luxury brand standards.

Ensure every visitor receives prompt attention and appropriate assistance upon arrival.

Offer refreshments and maintain showroom hospitality standards.

Escort customers to designated sales consultants, managers, or meeting areas when required.

Manage customer waiting areas and ensure guest comfort throughout their visit.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with high-profile clientele.

Customer Relationship Management

Accurately record customer visits and inquiries in the log

Collect and verify customer information in accordance with company procedures.

Coordinate customer follow-ups with relevant departments.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and showroom traffic.

Telephone & Communication Management

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally using approved company greetings.

Direct calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Handle customer inquiries regarding showroom location, operating hours, vehicle availability, appointments, and general information.

Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication to relevant employees.

Showroom Administration

Maintain the reception desk in a professional, organized, and presentable condition at all times.

Monitor showroom visitor logs and maintain accurate records.

Prepare daily visitor reports and customer traffic statistics.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

Maintain inventory of hospitality supplies, office materials, and reception resources.

Coordinate with facility management and suppliers when necessary.

Customer Experience Excellence

Uphold luxury hospitality standards and brand image at all times.

Resolve routine customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide assistance.

Ensure a seamless customer journey from arrival through departure.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
