Nexo Services FZE LLC is a UAE-based consultancy providing business setup, visa, and corporate support services. We help clients with visit and tourist visa applications for countries such as Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, and other destinations.

We are hiring a confident and target-driven Visa Sales Consultant who can handle client inquiries, convert leads into paid applications, and maintain strong follow-up until payment and file handover.

This role is suitable for someone who understands visa sales, knows how to speak with clients professionally, and can close deals through WhatsApp, phone calls, walk-ins, and email.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries for visit visa and tourist visa services.

Speak with clients on WhatsApp, calls, email, and walk-ins.

Understand the client’s travel purpose, visa history, refusal history, budget, and urgency.

Explain NEXO service packages clearly and professionally.

Prepare quotations and follow up until payment is received.

Convert leads into paid visa applications.

Maintain daily CRM updates, follow-up notes, payment status, and next action dates.

Coordinate with the processing team after payment and file handover.

Follow up with old leads, unpaid leads, and pending quotations.

Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Represent NEXO Services professionally and avoid false promises or visa guarantees.

Requirements

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in visa sales, travel agency sales, immigration sales, or customer sales in the UAE.

Strong communication skills in English.

Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic will be an advantage.

Good confidence on phone calls and WhatsApp sales conversations.

Ability to follow up properly and close clients.

Basic knowledge of visit visa and tourist visa documentation.

Must be target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working with CRM.

Currently based in the UAE.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Important

This is a sales role, not only a documentation role. The selected candidate must be able to speak with clients, build trust, explain services, follow up, and close payments.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month

Commission: Attractive commission on successful paid cases

Performance Bonus: Available for monthly target achievement

Preferred Candidate

Someone who has worked in a travel agency, visa consultancy, tourism company, immigration consultancy, or customer sales role and can start generating sales quickly.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
