Job Title: Vendor Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and ensure cost-effective procurement of products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and terms of service.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, disputes, and escalations.
• Conduct regular vendor reviews and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
• Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Manage vendor risk assessments and business continuity planning.
• Prepare reports on vendor performance, spending, and procurement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Min 1 year of experience as a vendor manager, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Prepare, review, and validate BOQs and BOMs to support sourcing, procurement planning, budgeting, and vendor evaluation processes.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and operations teams to ensure accuracy of material specifications and quantity requirements.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with procurement or ERP systems is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
