Business Development Manager - Marketing agency Expert

Position Overview

LPS (www.lps-me.com) is looking for an results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UAE and KSA. The ideal candidate will have strong agency sales experience, an established professional network, and a proven ability to win and grow client accounts for creative, digital, and integrated marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, client meetings, and industry events across UAE and KSA.
• Promote and sell the agency's services including Social Media, Events, Production, SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content Marketing, and Web Design & Development.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Develop customized proposals and pitches in collaboration with internal teams.
• Build strong client relationships from lead generation through onboarding.
• Represent the agency at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and AI-powered business development tools.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Comfortable to travel frequently to KSA.
• 5+ years of proven sales or business development experience in marketing, advertising, or digital services.
• Strong knowledge of creative agency workflows, social media and digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content, Web Development) and integrated marketing solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in competitive markets.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
• Strong network and understanding of the business landscape in UAE & KSA.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Pay: From AED11,000.00 per month
