About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn platforms. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with corporate services firms in the UAE, particularly in accounting, taxation, auditing, business setup, or consulting industries.

This role is critical in driving qualified leads for corporate tax filing, VAT services, accounting solutions, and business advisory offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Execute and optimize LinkedIn lead generation campaigns targeting B2B clients
• Develop ad creatives, copies, and campaign structures aligned with service offerings
• Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns for corporate tax and accounting services
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, and conversion rates
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking
• Build remarketing and funnel strategies for long-term lead nurturing
• Provide weekly performance reports and marketing insights

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience in Google Ads (Search & Display campaigns)
• Prior experience in accounting, taxation, audit, business setup, or corporate services companies in UAE is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion tracking
• Ability to write basic ad copy and coordinate with designers/video team
• Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with focus on ROI-driven marketing

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

• Experience marketing for B2B professional services
• Familiarity with UAE corporate tax / VAT industry
• Video ad campaign experience
• SEO or landing page optimization knowledge
