Plumbing Site Engineer

1. Monitor and pursue the receipt of all drawings and documents from the Engineer for project.

2. Ensuring the technical documentation is properly produced, reviewed, controlled and submitted in accordance with the project specified requirements.

3. Maintaining detailed records of technical developments and variations.

4. The co-ordination of all material and drawing submittals and related documentation.

5. The co-ordination of preparation of as Built Drawings and O & M Manuals.

6. Ensure that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with the acceptance criteria identified as per project specifications

7. Ensure that the work is completed in accordance with the approved method statements and in a safe manner.

8. Issue instructions to the Supervisors to complete the work in accordance with Project Planning schedules and allocating resources

9. Monitor all Sub-Contractors work closely to ensure that the Quality of the work is as per specification and is completed on time

10. Initiate and submit material Inspection & Work Inspection request to the consultant along with redline drawings and approved drawings with area/service highlighted.

11. Material and equipment management.

12. Review & preparation of method statements

13. Conduct meetings with site staff to organize work for the day to day basis.

Carryout all the duties and tasks as may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in plumbing systems within MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing layouts, piping systems, drainage, and water supply.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with relevant codes, standards, and site safety practices.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED100.00 per month

Work Location: In person
