Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Specialist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, hands-on ERP system experience, and prior experience working within a manpower or staffing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the organization's ERP system to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and support the company's ERP system and related applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERP enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with departments to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
- Provide user training and technical support to employees.
- Generate and customize reports based on business requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the ERP system.
- Perform system testing, upgrades, and software updates.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and third-party service providers when required.
- Document system processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
- Support integration between ERP and other business applications.
- Assist management in developing ERP strategies aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an ERP Specialist, ERP Administrator, or similar role.
- Previous experience working in a manpower supply, recruitment, staffing, or workforce management company is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, database management, and business process automation.
- Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, customization, and support.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of system integration, data migration, and ERP best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HR, Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, and Workforce Management modules.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Understanding of UAE labor and payroll processes is an advantage.
- Experience working with large-scale manpower operations is preferred.
