Job Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for users.
  • Installation & Configuration: Setting up and configuring computer systems, software, networks, printers, and other peripherals.
  • User Support: Providing technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in person.
  • System Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks such as Active Drictory, software updates, backups, and security checks (linux and Windows based).
  • Inventory Management: Keeping track of hardware and software assets. Documentation: Maintaining records of issues, solutions, and user information.
  • Training: Educating users on new technologies and software

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within a relevant field (3 years preferable).
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
  • Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, especially in a fast paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new skills quickly Good hands-on with Windows OS (preferrable an expert).
  • Experience or basic understanding of the Linux OS (preferrable good hands-on). Understanding of Networking connectivity and basic principles (VPN, TCP/IP, Routing, Subnetting, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
