Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven TikTok Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our off-plan real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in TikTok advertising, content strategy, audience targeting, lead generation, and campaign optimization, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage TikTok advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Create and execute performance marketing strategies to attract potential property buyers and investors.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting video advertisements and campaign creatives.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring.
  • Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
  • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to track lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager, audience targeting, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience in real estate, off-plan property marketing, or high-ticket sales industries is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other digital advertising platforms will be an added advantage.

  • Qualified leads generated per month.
  • Cost per Lead (CPL).
  • Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
  • Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
  • Campaign engagement and click-through rates.
  • Overall contribution to sales pipeline and project bookings.

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
