Project Manager – Piling & Foundation

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Piling & Foundation to lead and manage piling, shoring, and foundation projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, budgeting, client coordination, authority approvals, resource management, and overall project delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all piling and foundation activities from project initiation to completion.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, Dubai Municipality requirements, and RTA standards.
• Handle NOC applications and authority approvals.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and project documentation.
• Manage procurement of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Control project costs and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in piling and foundation projects.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of piling, shoring, and foundation construction methods.
• Good relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
• Excellent knowledge of construction equipment and tools used in piling works.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, costing, and financial control.
• Proficiency in project management, planning, and engineering software.
• Experience with programming and project scheduling.
• Knowledge of RTA and Municipality NOC approval procedures.
• Registered as a Civil Engineer with Dubai Municipality and SOE (Society of Engineers UAE).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
