Job Overview

Vouch Human Resource Consultancy is looking for a competent and motivated Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, contract administration, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and variations.
• Assist in contract administration and payment certifications.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare progress claims and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and quantities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and contract management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
