Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in Joinery and Interior Fit-Out works to lead and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring quality standards, budget requirements, and project timelines are consistently achieved. The role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation requirements.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents prior to execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to address project-related matters and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Identify potential risks, delays, and challenges, and implement corrective actions to minimize project impact.
• Manage project variations, material approvals, procurement requirements, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, progress updates, and handover documentation.
• Support management in achieving project objectives and overall business goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Project Management within the Joinery, Interior Fit-Out, or Construction industry in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, finishes, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and architectural plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
