Job Overview

Vouch Human Resource Consultancy is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Engineer on behalf of our client in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise project execution from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, work schedules, and technical documentation.
• Manage project resources, manpower, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project costs and support budget control activities.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
