Project Head

Job Summary

Strato Creations LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Head to lead and oversee luxury villa, commercial, retail, hospitality, and turnkey fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle from pre-construction planning through execution, handover, and client satisfaction while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple turnkey fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Oversee site operations, construction activities, and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority approvals, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor project costs, procurement, and cash flow management.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide management reports.
• Manage contract administration, variation orders, claims, and project documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and subcontractor appointments.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout project execution.
• Resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues proactively.
• Drive client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Support business development activities, tender reviews, and project planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out and Turnkey Projects.
• Proven experience managing luxury villa, commercial, hospitality, and retail fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP, civil works, authority approvals, and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
