Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out

The Project Manager will oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring that all fit‑out works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple fast‑track projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning — Develop detailed project schedules, manpower plans, and material timelines.
• Site Execution Leadership — Supervise daily site operations, ensuring progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Technical Coordination — Coordinate with MEP teams, joinery workshops, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Material & Procurement Management — Prepare material lists, approve samples, and ensure timely delivery to site.
• Cost Control & Variations — Monitor budgets, verify subcontractor invoices, and manage variations.
• Client & Consultant Communication — Attend meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain strong relationships.
• Quality Assurance — Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with UNESIA’s quality standards.
• HSE Compliance — Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to UAE regulations.
• Reporting & Documentation — Maintain daily logs, weekly reports, RFI logs, variation logs, and handover files.
• Team Leadership — Lead site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 5–12 years of UAE experience in interior fit‑out project management (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, materials, and finishing standards.
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and reporting tools.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
