MULTIPLUS Decoration Design & Fitout LLC is a well-established and growing Interior Design & Fitout company with over 13 years of successful experience in delivering high-quality residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and corporate fitout projects across the UAE.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented, passionate, and result-oriented Senior Architect cum Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative and high-end interior spaces.

Senior Architect cum Interior Designer

Location:

United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.
• Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, and design proposals.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and construction documentation.
• Prepare shop drawings, detailed joinery drawings, and fitout details.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits, site measurements, and project inspections.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in material selection, finishes, specifications, and BOQ preparation.
• Support project execution teams throughout all project phases.
• Review and coordinate drawings prior to submission and execution.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in an Interior Design & Fitout Company (Mandatory).

Strong experience in:

• Interior Design
• Architectural Design
• Space Planning
• Concept Development
• Fitout Detailing
• Joinery Detailing
• Project Coordination

Proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• 3Ds Max
• Revit
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Office
• Other architectural and rendering software

Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, fitout standards, and construction practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Female candidates are preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
