MULTIPLUS Decoration Design & Fitout LLC is a leading Interior Design and Fitout company with over 13 years of experience delivering high-quality residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects across the UAE.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer cum MEP Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the successful execution of our fitout and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise project execution from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works on-site and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review MEP drawings, technical submissions, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and site safety requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.

Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer / MEP Engineer in an Interior Fitout, Construction, or MEP Contracting Company.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation standards, and project execution.

Experience in project coordination, site supervision, and contractor management.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, MEP layouts, and specifications.

Proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Project Management Tools
• Other relevant engineering software

Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Interior Fitout projects will be an advantage.

UAE Driving License is preferred.

Immediate joiners will be given priority consideration.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
