Role Description : The Marketing Performance Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, focused on measuring and optimizing the impact of Aldrich's marketing initiatives, particularly for its energy Conference and Expos. This role involves tracking and analyzing campaign performance across digital and offline channels, building dashboards and reports, and translating data into clear insights and recommendations for marketing and leadership teams.
The Marketing Performance Analyst will work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and event teams to define KPIs, forecast outcomes, and support budget allocation and ROI analysis. Daily responsibilities include collecting and cleaning data from multiple sources, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, preparing presentations for stakeholders, and supporting A/B tests and optimization strategies. The role also contributes to improving marketing processes and tools, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying opportunities to enhance audience engagement and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong performance analysis capabilities, including experience defining KPIs, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and recommending data-driven optimizations through Google adds
- Advanced analytical and data analytics skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation or CRM platforms, BI tools).
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a concise, accessible way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Foundational knowledge of finance, including understanding of budgeting, forecasting, ROI, and revenue attribution in a marketing context.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance marketing within B2B, events, or energy/oil and gas sectors is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and basic knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages is a plus.
