Job Summary

An Off-Plan Property Specialist is responsible for advising clients on the purchase and sale of off-plan real estate projects developed by leading developers. The role involves conducting property consultations, presenting investment opportunities, negotiating sales, and guiding clients through the buying process from reservation to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, homebuyers, and developers.
• Present off-plan property projects and explain investment benefits, payment plans, and expected returns.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and virtual consultations.
• Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, and developer offerings.
• Advise clients on suitable investment opportunities based on their objectives and budget.
• Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate transactions.
• Coordinate with developers, mortgage advisors, and legal teams throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in real estate sales, off-plan sales, or property investment consulting.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and major developers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
