Assistant Manager- Facilities Management

We are seeking an experienced ASST Manager to oversee Facilities Management operations across multiple sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing FM contracts, client relationships, budgets, and operational teams. Responsibilities include ensuring SLA compliance, managing manpower, improving profitability, maintaining HSE standards, and driving customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of Facilities Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years in an Operations Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
