Location: Libya (Project Site) – Visa and travel expenses will be provided by the company

Job Description:

AIMS is seeking a detail-oriented Spare Parts Controller to manage inventory, storage, and distribution of spare parts for plant, machinery, and vehicles. The role is critical to ensuring smooth maintenance operations and minimizing equipment downtime.

Educational Qualification:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Automotive, or related field.

· Soft Skills: Inventory control, Documentation, Effective communication across workshop, procurement and site teams, Strong organizational and communication skills, Stock Monitoring, Ability to handle multi-site operations, Teamwork and Collaboration.

Professional Certifications:

· Certification in Inventory or Store Management.

· ERP/Fleet Management System Training (SAP Module, Oracle.)

· Supply Chain or Procurement related certification is an advantage.

Experience:

· Minimum 6-8 years of experience in spare parts control, storekeeping or inventory management preferably within construction, heavy equipment or fleet operations.

· Experience handling spare parts for plant, machinery and vehicles.

· Familiarity with multi-site operations and project based spare parts coordination.

· Experience in stock control, material tracking and cost monitoring.

· Hands on experience working with workshop and maintenance teams.

· Familiar with ERP systems.

Industry Knowledge: Practical technical knowledge of heavy equipment and vehicles. Experience in handling spare parts for plants, machinery and vehicles.

Special Technical Skills:

· English and Arabic Language proficiency required.

· Technical Skills: Knowledge of spare parts identification, catalogues and part numbering systems, understanding of heavy equipment and vehicles components, Proficiency in ERP System (e.g., SAP, Oracle,) and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of the following preferred:

· Inventory control principles, Workshop and fleet operations, HSE Standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
