Job Title: Fleet Coordinator
Location: Libya (Project Site) – Visa and travel expenses will be provided by the company
Job Description:
looking for an experienced Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee all vehicle and equipment operations for our new project in Libya. The candidate will ensure efficient fleet utilization, maintenance, and compliance with company standards.
Educational Qualification:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Logistics, Automotive or related field.
· Soft Skills: Fleet Coordination (Construction Experience Preferred), Strong organizational and communication skills, Work Schedule, Ability to handle multi-site operations.
Professional Certifications:
· Logistics Management Certification (e.g., CATERPILLAR, KOMTASU, HITACHI, VOLVO…).
· Projects Management (PMP).
· ERP/Fleet Management System Training (SAP Module, Oracle.)
· GPS Tracking.
Experience:
· Minimum 6-8 years of experience in fleet coordination, transport supervision, operations with construction or infrastructure projects.
· Experience managing multi-site fleet operations and coordinating vehicle allocation based on project priorities.
· Strong leadership and operational management skills.
· Hands- on experience supervising drivers, operators and transport staff.
· Experience in fuel monitoring, cost control and fleet utilization analysis.
· Practical in coordinating preventive maintenance with workshop teams.
· Familiar with ERP systems, fleet tracking systems, GPS monitoring platforms.
Industry Knowledge: Practical technical knowledge of heavy equipment and vehicles. Experience in managing fleet management and operations and fuel management systems.
Special Technical Skills:
· English and Arabic Language proficiency required.
· Technical Skills: KPI Monitoring, Proficiency in ERP System (e.g., SAP, Oracle,) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of the following preferred:
· HSE, Heavy Equipment, Operations.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
