Customer Relationship Manager

Ferrocom Global Consultancy, a leading visa and immigration consultancy in Dubai, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Visa Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries regarding tourist, business, study, work, and residency visa services.
• Conduct consultations and identify the most suitable visa options for clients.
• Convert leads and inquiries into successful sales.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain visa requirements, procedures, processing times, and service packages.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in visa sales, immigration consultancy
• Russian language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in dealing with clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
