ELV Supervisor

Position: ELV Supervisor

Location: UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in ELV systems
License: Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ELV Supervisor to manage and oversee ELV and SIRA-related projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, project coordination, SIRA documentation, inspections, and ensuring successful project execution in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV systems.
• Manage SIRA-approved security system projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare, review, and manage ELV and SIRA project drawings, documentation, and submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities for project approvals and inspections.
• Schedule and attend SIRA inspections and ensure successful project approvals.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
• Ensure all installations comply with SIRA regulations, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical support for project execution.
• Prepare project reports, inspection reports, and completion documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for project requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within the approved schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in ELV systems and project supervision.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• SIRA Engineer/Technician Card is mandatory, or candidate must be willing to obtain the certification.
• Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Gate Barriers, Intercom, and other ELV systems.
• Experience in handling SIRA approvals, inspections, and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience working with SIRA-approved security systems.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and standards related to ELV and security systems.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
