IT Support Technician (Level 1 & Level 2)

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Support Technician (Level 1 & Level 2) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage switches, routers, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain virtualization environments and backup solutions.
• Implement and support cybersecurity best practices.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and user accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge

• Windows Server Administration

• Networking (Switches, Routers, Firewalls)
