About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure System Engineer (Mid-Senior Level) to join our growing IT team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments, virtualization platforms, Windows/Linux servers, networking, security, and disaster recovery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and related services
• Configure and support virtualization platforms including VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V
• Manage VMware Horizon VDI environments
• Configure and troubleshoot load balancers (HAProxy, NGINX, F5)
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure performance
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
• Manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs
• Apply security best practices, patch management, and system hardening
• Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting tools
• Provide advanced technical support and incident resolution

Required Qualifications

✔ 5+ years of experience in System Administration or Infrastructure Engineering
✔ Strong expertise in Windows Server and Linux Administration
✔ Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, and VMware Horizon
✔ Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing)
✔ Experience with Load Balancers (HAProxy, NGINX, F5)
✔ Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
✔ Experience with Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Security Solutions
✔ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
• VMware Certifications (VCP)
• CompTIA Network+
• CompTIA Security+
• Microsoft Windows Server Certifications
