Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, maximize return on investment, and support the company's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Generate high-quality buyer, seller, and tenant leads for the sales team
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve key metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments
• Develop and test ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize results
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and content teams to align campaign objectives
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing and paid advertising
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and digital marketing analytics
• Experience in lead generation campaigns
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in UAE real estate marketing is highly preferred
• Knowledge of CRM systems and conversion tracking tools is an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
