Civil Engineer

Bab Alfan Building Contracting is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction projects, ensuring quality standards, managing site activities, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction, fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and safety requirements.
• Manage project costs and resource allocation efficiently.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
• Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities and municipalities.
• Ensure all work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates holding a valid UAE Municipality Engineer Card/Registration will be given preference.
• Experience in interior fit-out, villa renovation, commercial projects, and building maintenance works.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality approval procedures and regulations.
