Job Overview

Carbondale Middle East LLC is seeking an experienced Project Execution Head to lead and oversee the successful delivery of dewatering and construction projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee dewatering and construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
• Resolve operational, technical, and project-related challenges.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
• * Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Execution team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years experience in Dewatering project management
• Proven experience in project execution, operations, or project management.
• Strong leadership, planning, and resource management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of UAE construction practices and QHSE standards.
