Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performance Senior Sales Professional with a proven track record of securing large-size commercial and industrial projects in the field of electrical engineering projects and HV/LV system preventive maintenance AMC . In this role, you will be tasked with achieving a yearly revenue target of AED 10 Million.
Please note that this is an Executive Sales Role not a Manager Role. We would expect the candidate to singly handle the sales from discovery through closure by coordinating with other backend team members in the company. There is a very high growth potential in the company for achievers.

You will focus on high-value B2B sales, securing major supply and installation projects from main contractors, MEP sub-contractors, and infrastructure developers. The ideal candidate has an existing active pipeline of projects and contacts in the UAE and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities & Target Delivery
- Target Ownership: Own and achieve an individual annual sales target of AED 10 Million through strategic account management and aggressive new business acquisition. Ensuring profitable and strategic deals are of utmost importance.
- Mega-Project Pipeline: Identify, track, and secure large-scale tenders, infrastructure projects, and commercial developments across the UAE.
- Key Account Management: Build and leverage high-level relationships with decision-makers (Procurement Directors, MEP Project Managers, and Principal Consultants).
- Technical Value Selling: Work with pre-sales team to prepare and conduct high-level technical presentations to get our products/solutions approved on consultant Vendor Lists (AML).
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead complex commercial negotiations, contract drafting, and closing procedures for multi-million dirhams deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the estimation and engineering teams to ensure highly competitive, compliant, and profitable bid submissions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years and Maximum 10 years of Sales experience in the UAE market for Electrical Projects, with a verifiable history of achieving multi-million dirhams annual targets.
- Network: An active, strong network of relationships with Top MEP Contractors and major consultants in the region.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical systems like MV/LV Switchgear, Power Transformers, Busbar Trunking Systems, Cable Management, or Industrial Automation.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is desired. Alternatively, minimum 5 years of Sales experience in the Electrical Industry in the UAE / GCC.
- Approvals Knowledge: Proven experience navigating approvals with local authorities (e.g., DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, or major developers like EMAAR, ALDAR) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and industry trade shows both inside UAE and abroad.
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Own Visa: Own visa is desired but not mandatory.
