We are looking for a Digital Marketing SpecialistEmployment: Full-TimeWorking Days: Monday – SaturdayIndustry: Real Estate / Property BrokerageJob Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Dubai, UAEExperience Area: Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation & Real Estate (UAE – 4+ Years of Experience)Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field Key Responsibilities:* Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Generate high-quality leads for off-plan, secondary, and leasing properties.
• Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Implement CRM integrations, marketing automation, and AI-powered lead nurturing systems.
• Develop and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and conversion strategies.
• Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reporting.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead-to-booking conversion rates.
• Build brand visibility through content marketing and personal branding initiatives.

Requirements:* Minimum 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably within UAE Real Estate.

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Proven experience in lead generation, campaign scaling, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, and AI-driven marketing solutions.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.
