SEO Specialist (Female) - Full Time, On-Site

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Female SEO Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market experience and deep expertise across all areas of SEO, including Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, Content SEO, and SEO Strategy.

You will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, driving qualified traffic, increasing rankings, and generating leads through advanced SEO techniques and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple websites and campaigns.
• Perform advanced keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexing, and site performance.
• Manage on-page SEO including metadata, content optimization, schema markup, URL structures, and user experience improvements.
• Execute off-page SEO campaigns including link building, digital PR, citation management, and authority-building strategies.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for local SEO performance.
• Monitor website health using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
• Identify and resolve technical issues affecting rankings and organic performance.
• Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs while providing regular performance reports.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Develop scalable SEO processes and SOPs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional SEO experience.
• UAE SEO experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO.
• Experience optimizing websites built on WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Proven track record of improving rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and related SEO tools.
• Experience with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, site speed optimization, and website audits.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO implications.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with UAE businesses and local search campaigns.
• Knowledge of content marketing and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing multiple websites and SEO projects simultaneously.
• Digital marketing experience beyond SEO is a plus.
