We are a premium business consultancy firm based in Dubai, specializing in company formation, corporate structuring, tax advisory, compliance, and high-value consulting solutions across the UAE, including free zones and mainland authorities.
Our clients are serious entrepreneurs, investors, and high-net-worth individuals who value precision, discretion, and strategic execution.

Role Overview
As our PPC Ad Specialist, you will plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-budget, high-ticket paid campaigns across:
- Google Search & Display
- YouTube Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting)
You will work directly with the CMO and sales leadership to ensure:
Lead quality improves
Cost per acquisition decreases
Funnel conversion rates increase
Revenue attribution is tracked accurately
This role is about qualified, sales-ready, premium leads — not vanity metrics.
What You’ll Own Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Full-funnel PPC strategy
- High-intent keyword structures (Business setup in Dubai, UAE company formation, corporate tax advisory, bank account opening, high-ticket consulting)
- Strategic targeting for B2B and investor audiences
High-Ticket Funnel Optimization
- Landing page optimization
- Retargeting flows
- Appointment booking funnels
- A/B testing (creatives, hooks, offers, landing pages)
- Improve CTR, Conversion Rate, CPQL & CPA
Advanced Tracking & Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- GA4
- Conversion API
- Call tracking systems
- Revenue attribution & funnel analysis
- Weekly & monthly performance dashboards
Budget Management & Scaling
- Manage AED 50K+ monthly budgets
- Scale profitable campaigns
- Cut underperforming ads quickly
- Maintain strong ROAS
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Work closely with the sales team
- Track lead quality, show-up rates & closing ratio
- Optimize campaigns based on actual revenue — not just CPL
Required Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on PPC experience
- Experience managing AED 50K+ monthly budgets
- Strong high-ticket funnel psychology understanding
- B2B lead generation experience
- UAE market experience (highly preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4 & CRM integrations
