CRM & Marketing Specialist (Gulf)

PURPOSE OF POSITION The CRM & Marketing Specialist supports regional marketing and communication activities across the Gulf Region Organisation (GRO), with primary responsibility for CRM management, data analysis, and marketing support. The role contributes to improving customer insights, maintaining data quality, supporting events, and assisting with PR and social media initiatives.

MAIN TASKS CRM Management & Analytics

• Analyse sales data and prepare monthly reports and dashboards to support business performance and customer segmentation.
• Monitor and manage the CRM pipeline, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support the continuous enhancement of CRM systems in collaboration with sales and IT teams.
• Train and support sales teams on CRM best practices and ensure data accuracy.
• Track CRM KPIs and leverage digital tools and AI capabilities to improve efficiency and customer insights.

Marketing & Communication Support

• Support the development and adaptation of marketing materials for regional use.
• Maintain reference project and case study libraries.
• Assist with PR activities, social media content and communication initiatives.
• Share marketing updates and best practices across the GRO team.

Events & Training

• Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, exhibitions, and product training sessions.
• Coordinate logistics, branding materials, and digital engagement tools to ensure successful events.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or commercial support roles.
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with social media and PR activities is an advantage.
