Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM to support enterprise-level HR transformation initiatives across Core HR and enterprise workforce systems. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Oracle HCM configuration, technical extensions, integrations, and AI-driven HR solutions, including Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Redwood UX modernization.
This role requires a strong blend of functional HR domain expertise and technical Oracle Fusion capabilities, with the ability to design, configure, extend, and deliver scalable HCM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Requirements
AI & Agentic Studio (Primary Focus)
- Design and deploy intelligent HCM workflows using Oracle AI Agentic Studio (autonomous agents for recruitment screening, onboarding orchestration, and talent advisory).
- Leverage Oracle Generative AI services to build context-aware HR assistants, predictive analytics dashboards, and smart HR insights.
- Integrate Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) with Fusion HCM for conversational AI use cases (employee self-service, manager actions, approvals).
- Configure AI-driven features such as Skills Advisor, Career Development AI, Dynamic Skills, Workforce Predictions, and HCM Communicate.
- Monitor AI agent performance and implement responsible AI governance and guardrails within HR workflows.
Redwood UX Design & Configuration
- Implement and customize Redwood-based HCM pages using Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Application Composer.
- Design personalized employee and manager experiences using Redwood design tokens, themes, and responsive layouts.
- Build Smart Actions, Quick Actions, and contextual page experiences aligned with business personas.
- Lead Redwood migration assessments and execute transitions from Classic UI to Redwood for HCM modules.
Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
- Develop low-code/no-code HR applications and extensions using VBCS integrated with Oracle Fusion HCM REST APIs.
- Build custom HR portals, dashboards, and embedded applications within Fusion HCM UI.
- Design event-driven integrations using VBCS with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HR data flows.
- Create reusable VBCS components and business objects connected to HCM data sources.
Core Techno-Functional Delivery
- Configure and extend Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and ORC Recruiting modules.
- Develop Fast Formula, Workflows, Alerts, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and HDL/HSDL data loads.
- Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with third-party systems (HRIS, payroll, identity systems, external applications).
- Perform Functional Setup Manager (FSM) configurations and maintain BR100/configuration documentation.
- Lead SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support activities.
Release Management & Innovation
- Analyze Oracle quarterly Fusion HCM updates and assess impact on existing configurations.
- Drive adoption of new Oracle AI capabilities and Redwood enhancements with business stakeholders.
- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs), demos, and innovation workshops for HR transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Technical Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Generative AI features within Fusion HCM.
- Expertise in Redwood UX (Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio, Redwood themes, Smart/Quick Actions).
- Strong experience in VBCS development (REST APIs, service connections, event handlers, custom pages).
- Hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula.
- Strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HSDL for bulk data management.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integration scenarios.
