We are preparing for market launch and looking for a performance-minded digital marketing expert to own our digital go-to-market execution on a hybrid basis, not just post content, but build a structured system that captures attention, generates leads, and drives real platform engagement across online channels.

CONTRACT DURATION: 4 months (extendable)

ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Hybrid, fixed-term

FOCUS: Digital only, no offline

CHANNELS: Instagram, X, Facebook, Google Ads

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across Instagram, X, Facebook, and Google Ads
  • Define audience segments and targeting strategy for each campaign phase
  • Brief and collaborate with the Art Designer to align creative assets with campaign objectives
  • Monitor, optimise, and improve campaign performance on an ongoing basis
  • Track and report on key metrics: CAC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and reach
  • Build and manage lead capture mechanisms, landing pages, forms, and follow-up flows
  • Advise on channel mix and budget allocation based on performance data
  • Submit structured phase-end reports with observations and next-step recommendations

1) Awareness - Build structured market presence across target online communities and channels

2) Lead capture - Convert attention into measurable leads and qualified contacts

3) Conversion - Drive downloads, app engagement, and active platform adoption

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to show real campaign examples: objective, execution, results, and how success was measured
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, funnel logic, and conversion optimisation
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and audience targeting tools
  • Ability to brief creative resources clearly and review ad assets with a performance lens
  • Data-driven mindset — decisions backed by metrics, not assumptions
  • Clear, organised communicator who can report findings without information dumping

WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR

  • Someone whose primary value is posting content or boosting random posts
  • Candidates who speak in generalities and cannot demonstrate real campaign logic
  • A social media manager focused on activity and vanity metrics over outcomes

This is a 4-month fixed-term hybrid contract with the possibility of extension based on performance. The role requires a mix of remote and on-site presence as needed, active day-to-day involvement, responsiveness, and full ownership of deliverables are expected regardless of location.

Pay: AED7,500.00 per month
