Salary: AED 3000 - 5000 + Sales Commission + Bonus

Location: UAE (Abu Dhabi & Dubai)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically knowledgeable Sales Executive with a strong technical background to join our growth-driven sales team. In this role, you will be tasked with achieving a yearly revenue target of AED 5 Million. There is a very high growth potential in the company for achievers.

You will focus on B2B sales, securing supply and installation projects from main contractors, MEP sub-contractors, and infrastructure developers. The ideal candidate has an existing active pipeline of projects and contacts in the UAE and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target Ownership: Own and achieve an individual annual sales target of AED 5 Million through strategic account management and aggressive new business acquisition. Ensuring profitable and strategic deals are of utmost importance.
  • Business Development: Identify and capture new market opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Technical Consultation: Work with pre-sales team to prepare and conduct high-level technical presentations to get our products/solutions approved on consultant Vendor Lists (AML). You must be able to analyse customer needs, interpret blueprints/schematics, and recommend the appropriate electrical products or systems.
  • Proposal & Estimation: Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals, cost estimations, and tenders. Coordinate with the estimation and engineering teams to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the estimation and engineering teams to ensure highly competitive, compliant, and profitable bid submissions.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, key accounts, electrical consultants, and contractors to secure repeat business.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging electrical technologies to provide feedback to the product development team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years and Maximum 5 years of Sales experience in the UAE market for Electrical Projects, with a verifiable history of achieving multi-million dirhams annual targets.
  • Network: An active, strong network of relationships with Top MEP Contractors and major consultants in the region.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems (e.g., switchgear, transformers, automation, PLC, VFDs, power distribution, or renewable energy).
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is desired. Alternatively, minimum 5 years of Sales experience in the Electrical Industry in the UAE / GCC.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Good knowledge in using computers, basic knowledge in CAD Software, and other office software, internet, ChatGPT like tools are required.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and industry trade shows both inside UAE and abroad.
  • Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Own Visa: Own visa is desired but not mandatory.
