MEP / Mechanical engineer

We are looking for an experienced, driven MEP/ Mechanical engineer with a wealth of industry knowledge. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should be comfortable splitting their hours between the office, on-site visits

The MEP engineer should be a critical thinker and have sound subject knowledge of mathematics and physics to identify and solve engineering problems. You must also possess a certain level of creativity to present innovative solutions and improvements to technical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP systems in infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including design plans, technical reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality expectations.

· Reviewing heat load calculations (HAP Outputs) and ESP calculations and associated selections.

· Reviewing Hydraulic Head calculations.

· Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations

· Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

· To coordinate with in house Technical Site Team for all the Projects of the Group.

· Handling of Authorities like DEWA,DCD,DM and all local authorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in the infrastructure industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
• Valid UAE Driving License optional
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MEP design tools.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
