Precast/ Civil Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Precast / Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate precast and civil construction activities on Oil & Gas projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site crews, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily precast and civil construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Oversee installation of precast elements, foundations, concrete structures, trenches, duct banks, and related civil works.
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, inspection procedures, and approved construction methods.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce site HSSE policies and procedures.
• Monitor productivity and report daily progress to the Site Engineer or Construction Manager.
• Identify and resolve site issues related to construction, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and HSSE teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and lifting accessories.
• Support inspections, testing activities, and handover of completed works.
• Maintain accurate records of manpower, materials, and daily site activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil or Precast Foreman in Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of precast installation, concrete works, foundations, structural civil works, and underground services.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience supervising multicultural workforces and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safe lifting practices and heavy precast installation activities.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas site safety requirements and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
