Job Title: Planning Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and revised schedules as required.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays and risks.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Track manpower, material, and equipment utilization against project schedules.
• Assist in preparing tender programs and project execution plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and project requirements.
• Support claims preparation, extension of time (EOT) submissions, and delay analysis when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of planning experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE construction industry experience.
• Knowledge of project controls, cost control, and earned value management.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
