Project Sales Engineer

We are looking for motivated and well-connected Sales Engineers to generate business opportunities with MEP contractors and industrial clients across the UAE.

This is an excellent side-income opportunity for professionals already working in the electrical, MEP, construction, or industrial sectors who have strong industry relationships and want to earn additional income without leaving their current employment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients and MEP contractors
• Generate enquiries and project opportunities
• Coordinate with our sales support team for quotations and technical submissions
• Follow up on opportunities until order closure
• Support payment collection coordination when required

Compensation

Attractive Commission Structure

• Earn 5% to 8% commission on confirmed orders
• Commission percentage depends on project size and product category
• Commissions released monthly against cleared customer payments
• No earning cap
• High-value projects can generate substantial recurring income (Eg: AED 1 Million order can generate upto AED 80,000 in commission)

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in electrical sales, MEP contracting, switchgear, power distribution, or construction industry
• Existing network of MEP contractors, consultants, developers, or industrial clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and sales-oriented
• UAE market experience preferred
