E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description:

Exatech Computer Trading LLC is looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Executive with a strong background in IT product sales across UAE e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in managing and optimizing listings on Amazon, Noon, Sharaf DG, Microless, Shopify, and more.

In this role, you will also be responsible for hunting trending IT products, both online and through physical market visits, improving store performance, and contributing to sales growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize IT product listings across platforms: Amazon, Noon, Sharaf DG, Microless, Shopify.
• Conduct online and offline product hunting, including physical visits to local markets to find winning products.
• Drive online sales through effective product positioning, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure accuracy in product information, images, inventory, and pricing across all platforms.
• Monitor and improve store ratings, customer feedback, and platform compliance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Track daily sales reports, performance metrics, and deliver insights to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital marketing campaigns and store banners.
• Maintain professional office decorum, punctuality, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT product sales and e-commerce management.
• Proven success on platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Noon, Sharaf DG, etc.
• Experience with Shopify product page creation and store management.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM basics, keywords, and product visibility improvement techniques.
• Strong market research and analytical skills to identify sales trends and product potential.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE e-commerce consumer trends and marketplace behavior.
• An Own visa is preferred and will be a plus.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
