Job Title: 360° IT Recruitment & Business Development Consultant (Regional)

About the Role:

We are a rapidly growing corporate group looking for a sharp, high-energy, and hardworking 360° IT Recruitment & Business Development Consultant to drive our expansion across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

This is a dynamic, dual-impact role. You will act as the central anchor at our UAE headquarters, serving as the main point of contact coordinating our global Solve IT Consultant teams across Malaysia, UK, and Noida (India). Simultaneously, you will head business development efforts to capture new corporate IT staffing accounts through cold-calling, lead generation, and face-to-face client pitches.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Team Coordination & Operations:

• Act as the primary link and strategic liaison between the UAE main group corporate office and the Solve IT Consultant teams in Noida, Malaysia, and the UK..

2. Business Development & B2B Sales:

• Conduct B2B cold calling, telesales, and email campaigns to map out decision-makers (CTOs, HR Directors, IT Procurement Heads).

3. IT Technical Literacy:

• Utilize your deep understanding of the IT landscape (e.g., Software Development, Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data Engineering) to intelligently translate complex client hiring mandates to the recruiting branches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience
• Market Knowledge: Clear understanding of IT trends.
• Communication Skills: verbal and written English communication skills.
• Personality Matrix: Exceptionally smart, highly organized, and self-motivated.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
