Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst cum Executive Assistant to manage website analytics, user behavior, leads, conversions, and revenue insights, while also supporting the leadership team with executive coordination and administrative tasks. The role requires strong analytical skills, ownership, organization, and discretion.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze website and platform traffic across channels including organic, paid, social, email, direct, and referral.
- Track lead flow, lead quality, user acquisition, and identify underperforming channels.
- Monitor acquisition cost and campaign efficiency.
- Build and maintain dashboards for traffic, revenue, conversions, signups, and subscriptions with actionable recommendations.
- Track key metrics, identify drop-offs, and provide insights to improve engagement and retention.
- Segment users based on source, engagement, and subscription behavior.
- Map the full user journey from acquisition to conversion and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Connect traffic and engagement data to revenue and paid conversions.
- Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, agendas, and scheduling.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel including itineraries, visas, and accommodation.
- Handle confidential communication, reports, presentations, and documentation with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize internal and external events including meetings, conferences, and offsites.
Key Requirements
- Experience in web, digital, growth, or business analytics roles.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and charts.
- Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools.
- Understanding of funnels, user segments, and user behavior analysis.
- Ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and ownership.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Technology.
