About the Company:

We are a leading Automotive Services Group based in [Al Quoz,Dubai].

We are expanding our team and seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to drive our brand forward, expand our customer base, and accelerate sales growth.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Manage, grow, and optimize the company's official accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Video Production: Concept, film, and edit high-quality, professional short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) from post-production to final delivery.

Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize targeted paid advertising campaigns to drive lead generation, increase sales, and maximize ROI.

Brand Identity: Build, establish, and elevate the company’s brand presence in the automotive market, fostering strong engagement with the target audience.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance, providing periodic reports on reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management (Automotive industry experience is a major plus).

Technical Skills: Highly proficient in smartphone/camera photography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop).

Copywriting: Strong ability to write compelling, sales-oriented English [and Arabic - if needed] copy that drives action and customer acquisition.

Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.

Portfolio: Mandatory. Applications without a portfolio link showcasing previous video production, graphic designs, and paid campaign results will not be considered.
